Project Cases: Metal Bracket
This is an electronic device stand, primarily used to mount tablets, industrial display screens, and other equipment. It achieves Angle adjustment and stable support of the equipment through an inclined structure and fixed clips. It is commonly seen in industrial control, self-service terminals, office scenarios, and other fields. Its production process mainly includes the following links:
1. Design and material preparation
Design stage: 3D models and engineering drawings are created in CAD software to clearly define parameters such as size, Angle, and snap-on structure of the support.
Material procurement: Select cold-rolled steel plates (or ABS plastic for injection molding) and inspect their strength, flatness, and other indicators.
2. Sheet metal processing stage
Laser cutting: Using a CNC laser cutting machine, cold-rolled steel plates are cut into the initial shapes of components, such as the base plate, vertical plate, and support clips, to ensure contour accuracy.
Bending forming: Using a CNC bending machine, the cut sheet is bent into structures such as inclined base plates and vertical support plates, ensuring the angles are consistent with the drawings.
Stamping processing: Stamping is performed on parts such as clips and installation holes to ensure the clamping accuracy of the clips and the alignment of hole positions during assembly.
3. Assembly and welding
Positioning welding: After positioning the base plate, vertical plate, clips, and other components using tooling fixtures, argon arc welding is used to weld them into an integral support structure, ensuring the weld seam is firm and free of deformation.
4. Surface treatment
Pretreatment: Degreasing and rust removal (e.g., chemical degreasing or sandblasting) are performed on the welded brackets to enhance surface adhesion.
Powder coating process: Black powder coating is applied, and after high-temperature curing, a uniform coating layer forms, enhancing the support’s anti-rust and wear-resistant performance while ensuring a consistent appearance.
5. Quality inspection and packaging
Performance testing: Check the dimensional accuracy of the bracket, structural stability (under the equipment load), clamping force of the clips, and other indicators.
Visual inspection: Confirm that the surface has no defects in powder coating, scratches, weld defects, or other issues.
Packaging and warehousing: Dustproof packaging is used for qualified products, which are then classified and stored according to specifications.
