Project Cases: Fixed Metal Frame

This product is commonly found in the layout of automatic control equipment and testing instruments. The processes used in this product include stamping, laser cutting, bending, and surface spraying.

The manufacturing process of this metal frame mainly consists of the following steps:

1. Raw material preparation: Select appropriate metal plates (such as cold-rolled steel plates) and cut them according to the dimensions of the parts.

2. Stamping processing: Through stamping dies, blanking and punching (including installation holes, hollow holes, etc.) processes are completed to form the planar contour of the part.

3. Bending forming: By using a bending die, the stamped sheet is bent into the required three-dimensional structure to create the support and connection parts of the bracket.

4. Surface treatment: The parts are subjected to surface treatments such as powder coating or electrophoresis to present a black appearance, enhancing rust resistance and aesthetic appeal.

5. Quality Inspection: Check the dimensional accuracy, structural strength, and surface quality of the parts to ensure they meet the requirements.
